National President Ronald F. Delos Santos is the distinguished leader of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc. (TFOE-PE Inc.), serving as the 38th President of the organization for the Eagle Year 2024.
The Torch of Leadership
President Delos Santos officially assumed his role on January 6, 2024, at the Installation of the National President held in Las Piñas City. In his inaugural address, he humbly accepted the torch of leadership from his predecessor, acknowledging the great responsibility and challenge involved in upholding the Eagles Mission Statement for the betterment of humanity.
President Delos Santos presented a clear and comprehensive agenda for the organization, emphasizing:
Unity and Collaboration: Calling for a unified front within the organization to achieve his set goals.
- Organizational Restructuring and Transparency.
- Digitization: Enhancements to the official website and portal.
- Expansion of TFOE-PE Membership.
- Broader collaboration with government and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs).

- As the Governor of the Saudi Arabia Eagles Eastern Region 3 (SAEER-3) under the banner of the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles Incorporated, I take great pride in leading a region founded on integrity, commitment, trust, and unity. Despite the many challenges we have encountered, our region has remained steadfast and unshaken. The true strength of SAEER-3 lies not in numbers alone, but in the unwavering dedication and brotherhood that unite us as one family of true Eagles.
- My vision as Regional Governor is to foster unity among all members a unity that transcends boundaries, differences, and distance. I believe that when we stand together as one family, we can overcome any challenge and continue to uphold the noble ideals of service and brotherhood that define the Eagles. Our shared commitment to help others and to serve with sincerity allows our organization to soar higher, grow stronger, and make a lasting impact on those we serve.
