The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc.
The organization proudly holds the distinction of being the first fraternal socio-civic organization established in the Philippines, founded in 1979 by a group of men who sought to create an indigenous service organization.

Find a Local Club: Contact a member or an Eagles Club near you.
Secure a Sponsor: You must be proposed or sponsored by a current, active member of an Eagles Club.
Submit a Letter of Intent: Formally express your desire to join and begin the process.
The process is known as the "5 I's":
Interview: Submission of a letter of intent, followed by an interview before a screening committee (JURY) to evaluate character, availability, financial stability, and service commitment.
Introduction: Successful applicants are introduced to the club members during a General Membership Meeting (GMM). Their names are circulated for any objections from other members.
Initiation/Indoctrination: The applicant is tasked with learning and memorizing the core teachings of Eagleism, the Universal Prayer, Eagles Pledge, and Eagles Hymn.
Incubation: A waiting period (often three months) where the applicant must consistently attend a required number of General Membership Meetings (e.g., three GMMs) and participate in a required number of Community Service projects (e.g., three services).
Induction: The final ceremony where the aspirant, having completed the previous steps, takes the solemn oath and is formally welcomed as a full-fledged member.
"The true measure of a person is the change they create. Stop wishing for a better world; become an Eagle and be the wing that lifts your community. Service is our mission, action is our legacy."
